Network Configuration
- Step 1: Access the Network Settings
Open a web browser, enter the device's IP address and navigate to Wi-Fi Configuration. - Step 2: Configure the Connection
For Wi-Fi, enter the SSID and Password, then click Save Configuration. For Ethernet, connect a LAN cable. - Step 3: Verify Connection
Check the Wi-Fi Status or IP Address. If there’s an issue, reset and reconfigure the network.
Cloud & Server Integration
- Step 1: Access Server Configuration
Open the NTS IoT Gateway’s web interface and navigate to Data to Server. - Step 2: Select Server Type & Protocol
Choose the Server Type (e.g., DevsBot / Custom ) and select the desired Protocol (MQTT or HTTP). - Step 3: Save & Verify Connection
Click Save Configuration and ensure the connection is active for real-time data exchange.
Protocol & Communication
- Step 1: Access Modbus Configuration
Open the NTS IoT Gateway’s web interface and navigate to Modbus Configuration. - Step 2: Set Communication Parameters
Configure Baud Rate, Data Bits, Parity, Stop Bits and Polling Interval for seamless data exchange. - Step 3: Save & Verify Connection
Click Save Configuration and ensure proper communication with connected devices.
Diagnostics & Logs
- Step 1: Open Debug Console
Access the NTS IoT Gateway’s web interface and navigate to Debug Console & Control. - Step 2: Monitor Logs & Identify Issues
View real-time logs, track errors and analyze system behavior for troubleshooting. - Step 3: Execute Debug Actions
Use Restart ESP or Reset ESP to resolve issues and restore system functionality.
Firmware & Maintenance
- Step 1: Check Device Information
Navigate to Device Info & Update to view firmware version, memory usage, and system details. - Step 2: Upload Firmware Update
Click Choose File, select the firmware .bin file, then press Upload & Update to install the latest version. - Step 3: Maintain System Stability
Perform System Resets or Erase Configurations when needed to ensure optimal performance and security.
